I wanted to say Gwynne 10hp, but the rear's not quite right (and it doesn't have the kickass wooden carved duck bonnet ornament).

It's also about twice the size. Note the Peugeot nose in the background of the image for some real sense of scale.

The Citroën dealer where my grandfather used to go when I was 5-10yo had one of those in display for years. So I remembered it quite well :)

I couldn't tell you the exact model, but it's definitely a Citroën.
